Interfaith Harmony and Intra-Muslim Unity Conference Held in Quetta, Detailed Review of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal Arrangements

QUETTA: An Interfaith Harmony and Intra-Muslim Unity Conference was held in connection with 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal, Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
The conference was attended by Deputy Inspector General of Police Quetta Imran Shaukat, Deputy Commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badini, SSP Operations Quetta Zia-ul-Haq Mandokhail, SSP Traffic Muhammad Baloch, religious scholars (Ulema), the business community, and representatives of various schools of thought.
During the conference, a detailed review was conducted regarding the security and traffic arrangements for religious gatherings, processions, and other events to be held on the occasion of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal. Detailed discussions were also held on promoting intra-Muslim unity, interfaith harmony, religious tolerance, and law and order.
DIG Quetta Imran Shaukat said that the protection of life and property of citizens and the maintenance of law and order on the occasion of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal is the top priority of the police. Effective and foolproof security arrangements will be ensured for all religious gatherings and processions.
Deputy Commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badini said that the district administration will ensure complete cooperation and effective coordination with all relevant departments, Ulema, traders, and representatives of different schools of thought.
SSP Operations Quetta Zia-ul-Haq Mandokhail and SSP Traffic Muhammad Baloch briefed the participants on the security and traffic plan and informed them about the measures being taken to maintain the smooth flow of traffic during 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.
Ulema, the business community, and representatives of various schools of thought assured their full cooperation with the police and district administration for the establishment of law and order, religious tolerance, and promotion of intra-Muslim and interfaith harmony.
At the conclusion of the conference, the participants expressed their resolve to promote mutual unity, brotherhood, religious tolerance, and an atmosphere of peace and love on the auspicious occasion of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal and to continue joint efforts for the establishment of sustainable peace in Quetta.
