Quetta-Karachi National Highway Closed Due to Security Situation in Bela

The Quetta-Karachi National Highway has once again been closed for all types of traffic near Shisha Hotel in Bela due to security reasons.

According to relevant authorities, traffic movement on the highway has been suspended until security clearance. Due to the closure, passengers and transporters traveling to Quetta, Karachi, and Gwadar are facing severe difficulties. Long queues of vehicles have formed at various points due to the road closure.

According to the administration, the highway will be reopened for traffic after security clearance, however, no final time for reopening has been given so far.

Passengers and drivers have been appealed to avoid unnecessary travel and to get information about the current condition of the highway before traveling.
