Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Gondal and Khalid Hussain Ejaz Discuss Academic Affairs

(Sohail Siddique, Bureau Chief SAC from Bahawalpur Division) BAHAWALPUR: Director of Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bahawalpur, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Gondal held a meeting with Khalid Hussain Ejaz teacher and community representative at Government Higher Secondary School Marot. During the meeting, matters relating to the university’s academic and administrative affairs, facilities being provided to students and other issues of mutual interest were discussed.Speaking on the occasion, Khalid Hussain Ejaz appreciated the academic, administrative and public dealing qualities of Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Gondal, describing him as a friendly, cheerful, courteous, principled and capable professional who remains committed to his responsibilities.He said that Dr. Gondal listens to students’ problems with sympathy and provides them with practical guidance and assistance. He added that the university director also understands the difficulties faced by members of the public and makes efforts to facilitate them within the scope of his responsibilities.
According to Khalid Hussain Ejaz, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Gondal is effectively managing the administrative affairs and discipline of the university while giving special attention to students’ guidance and facilitation. From the admission process to accommodation, food, academic matters and other essential requirements, students are provided guidance and assistance at different stages, he said.He further said that Dr. Gondal’s interaction with students, parents and members of the public was also appreciable. His courteous and welcoming attitude creates a positive environment for those who approach him, while students and their parents receive attention and guidance regarding their concerns.
Khalid Hussain Ejaz observed that effective administration of an educational institution requires not only administrative capability but also meaningful communication with students and their parents.
