RJ Consultancy Stallions Comprehensively Defeat First-Game Winners Brown Devils CC in BCC-100Ball Clash

BRAMPTON: RJ Consultancy Stallions produced a commanding all-round performance to defeat first-game winners Brown Devils CC by 39 runs in a Brampton Cricket Championship (BCC) 100Ball League 2026 match played on May 26 at the Gore Meadows Community Centre.

After winning the toss, the Stallions elected to bat first and posted an impressive total of 158/8 in 20 overs. The innings was built around a sensational knock from Kamran Abbas, who smashed 84 runs off just 45 balls, including four boundaries and seven sixes. His aggressive stroke play put the Brown Devils bowlers under pressure from the outset.

Varun Sehdev provided valuable support with a composed 27 runs off 19 deliveries, helping the Stallions maintain momentum throughout the innings.

For Brown Devils CC, Harmanjot Dhindsa was the standout performer with the ball, claiming 3 wickets for 23 runs in 3.2 overs and preventing the Stallions from posting an even bigger total.

Chasing a challenging target of 159, Brown Devils CC struggled to keep pace with the required run rate. Despite a fighting effort from Harmanjot Dhindsa, who completed an impressive all-round performance with a quick 28 runs off 16 balls, the batting lineup failed to build substantial partnerships.

The Stallions’ bowling attack remained disciplined and effective throughout the innings. Varun Sehdev starred with the ball as well, taking 2 wickets for just 9 runs, while Jagvir Singh added further pressure by claiming 2 wickets for 23 runs.

Brown Devils CC finished their innings on 119/9 in 20 overs, falling 39 runs short of the target.

With both bat and ball contributing significantly, RJ Consultancy Stallions secured a comprehensive victory and strengthened their position in the tournament standings.
