Baku, 24 February 2025 – Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the “Victory Monument” in Baku today, laying a floral wreath to honor the Azerbaijani heroes and martyrs of the Second Karabakh War.
During the solemn ceremony, Prime Minister Sharif paid tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. His visit underscores Pakistan’s strong ties with Azerbaijan and its continued support for the nation’s sovereignty.
Officials from both countries attended the event, highlighting the deepening diplomatic and strategic partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
