Separate delegations of overseas members of the **Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)** and the **Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)** met with Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, **Ahmed Farooq**, Qazi ishaq .. baba e Riyadh ,in Riyadh to discuss issues concerning the Pakistani community and express appreciation for the Embassy’s welfare initiatives.
A delegation of **Pakistan Muslim League-N Saudi Arabia**, led by **Senior Vice President Khalid Akram Rana**, called on Ambassador Ahmed Farooq and held detailed discussions on the challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis and possible measures for their effective resolution.
The delegation comprised prominent community members affiliated with the PML-N, including **businessman Zahid Latif Sandhu, Nasir Mahmood Arain, Khadim Hussain, Arshad Mahmood, Sardar Shoaib Siddique, Mansoor Mehboob, Naeem Mughal, and Rana Muhammad Ashraf**.
The delegation appreciated the continuation of the Embassy’s **Open Court (Khuli Kachehri)** initiative for addressing the concerns of overseas Pakistanis and thanked the Ambassador for his personal commitment to resolving community issues. They also commended the Embassy’s **Welfare Section** for its continuous efforts in serving the Pakistani community and addressing their problems in a timely manner.
During the meeting, various administrative and community-related matters affecting overseas Pakistanis were discussed. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening coordination and cooperation to ensure the effective resolution of community issues.
In a separate meeting, a delegation of the **Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)** community members, led by **Riyadh Region President Ahsan Abbasi**, met Ambassador Ahmed Farooq. The delegation included **veteran community member “Baba-e-Riyadh” Qazi Ishaq Memon, Farah Ahsan, Rana Adeel, and Engineer Sadaqat Hussain Barghosh**. **Community Welfare Attaché Engineer Najam Nawaz** was also present during the meeting.
The PPP delegation highlighted the issues faced by the Pakistani community and thanked Ambassador Ahmed Farooq for his leadership, noting that community concerns were being addressed efficiently under his guidance.
The meeting also emphasized the role that Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia can play in supporting **Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030**, with participants expressing their commitment to contributing their skills and expertise to the Kingdom’s ongoing development.
The PPP delegation particularly praised and appreciated the **Embassy of Pakistan**, especially its **Welfare Section**, for its tireless efforts and dedicated service to the Pakistani community, and expressed gratitude for its continued support and assistance.
