Dr. Naveed Iftikhar Olakh says a coordinated monitoring system has been established to ensure timely completion of development Projects in Toba Tek Singh
Toba Tek Singh: Reports regarding the progress of ongoing development projects in Toba Tek Singh district are being regularly obtained from the relevant departments and presented before senior officials during meetings to ensure the timely completion and quality of the projects.This was stated by Dr. Naveed Iftikhar Olakh Deputy Director Development Toba Tek Singh District,speaking exclusively with our correspondent. He said that an organized and coordinated system has been established to effectively monitor the development schemes underway in the district. Under this system, all relevant departments regularly submit detailed reports on the latest progress of their ongoing schemes to the Deputy Director Development Office.
Dr. Naveed Iftkhar Olakh explained that regular meetings are held on the basis of the received reports, in which officers from various departments participate. During these meetings, a comprehensive review is conducted of the pace, quality, utilization of funds and completion stages of the ongoing development projects. He added that if any delay or obstacle arises in a project, it is immediately identified and brought to the attention of the relevant authorities so that a timely solution can be found.He further stated that a comprehensive and detailed report prepared during the meetings is forwarded to senior authorities to keep them fully informed about the progress of development work in the district. This process not only promotes transparency but also helps improve the pace of project completion.The Deputy Director Development said that in accordance with the directives of the Government of Punjab, all available resources are being utilized to complete development projects in Toba Tek Singh District within the stipulated time and according to the prescribed standards. He expressed his commitment that the completion of these public welfare projects will further accelerate the development process in the district and provide better facilities to the citizens.
