Caitlin Clark Has Heated Confrontation with Referee in Fever’s Win Over Connecticut Sun

Indiana Fever rookie sensation Caitlin Clark was involved in a heated confrontation with a WNBA official during Tuesday night’s victory over the Connecticut Sun. The incident occurred in the second half when Clark appeared visibly frustrated over a non-call during a physical play.

Clark exchanged sharp words with the referee, expressing her displeasure before teammates stepped in to calm the situation. Although emotions ran high, no technical foul was assessed.

The game, which ended in a hard-earned win for the Fever, also saw Clark exit in tears later due to a possible groin injury, adding further drama to an already intense night. The Fever have yet to issue official statements on either incident.
